Custom Briefcases and Messenger Bags for Detectives, Command Staff, and Records Offices

A brief or messenger bag carries the paper side of the job. Detectives carry case files and a laptop to court. Command staff and the chief's office carry a portfolio to council and budget meetings. Records, grants and public information staff carry laptops between offices, and a briefcase with the department seal is a solid promotion or retirement gift.

Choose by what goes inside. A canvas document bag carries files and flyers. A messenger bag suits a laptop and a notebook. A computer briefcase or dual carry briefpack suits a member who works from the car. A padded portfolio suits a court date or a council meeting. Brands on the shelf include Case Logic, OGIO, Osprey, Samsonite, Solo New York, Targus, Timbuk2 and Vertex. Foremost Promotions sends free samples to businesses and organizations so buyers can compare briefcases before ordering.

Common Questions About Briefcases and Messenger Bags

Will a 15 inch laptop fit?
Many do. Check the laptop size on each product page before ordering.

Is this a community event page?
No. These are for the department's own people. For event handouts, see Tote Bags and Trade Show Bags.

Can the captain check the fit first?
Yes. Add a messenger bag and a briefcase to the sample basket from any product page, or call 800.431.3473. They are packed so the captain can load a laptop and a case file at the office. Free samples ship to a business or organization address through the Foremost Promotions sample basket.
