Displays, Banners & Table Throws

Custom Banners, Table Throws, Event Tents and Displays for Community Events, Recruiting Tables, and Open Houses

A department table needs to be found from across a fairground. The community relations unit sets up at county fairs, safety fairs, community nights and parades. The recruiting team works job fairs and college career days. Station open houses need a banner at the entrance and signs in the parking lot, and a lobby or a council presentation needs a retractable banner stand.

Choose by the event. An outdoor fair or a community night takes an event tent, a table throw and a vinyl banner. A recruiting table takes a retractable banner stand and a fitted table throw. A station open house takes A-frame signs, garden flags and an entrance banner. A lobby or a council meeting takes a retractable stand or a tabletop display. Street pole boulevard banners suit a hometown campaign. Sizes and materials vary by product, so check each page. Foremost Promotions sends free samples to businesses and organizations so buyers can compare display pieces before ordering.

Common Questions About Department Displays

What do we need for a county fair booth?
A 10 foot event tent, a fitted or standard table throw and a vinyl banner with the department name and a web address.

What works for a recruiting table?
A retractable banner stand beside a fitted table throw, so the table reads from a distance.

Is this for the public or for our own people?
It is the department's own event equipment, used every time the department sets up in public.

Can the chief see the look before we order?
Yes. Add a table runner or a small banner to the sample basket from any product page, or call 800.431.3473 to talk through a tent or a large display with the team. Smaller pieces arrive organized and packaged so the chief can see the print quality at the next staff meeting. Free samples ship to a business or organization address through the Foremost Promotions sample basket.
