Construction hat hot and cold packs, custom imprinted for construction companies, toolbox talks, and job site safety programs. Construction hat shaped gel bead pack absorbs and holds heat or cold. Cold use: refrigerate for 1 hour, or freeze for a shorter cooling time, and lay flat so the beads spread evenly. Hot use: wrap in a moist paper towel and microwave in 7 second intervals, no more than 30 seconds total. Do not place on sensitive skin or open wounds.
