Elevate™ technology designed to improve hygiene and minimize mess. Set includes an 8" bread knife, a 6.5" chef’s knife, a 5.5" Santoku knife, a 4.5" serrated knife, a 3.5" paring knife and a rotating knife block. Knives have Japanese stainless steel blades and weighted handles and integrated knife rests that prevent blades from touching work surfaces when placed down. Rotating knife block features vertical slots for easy access and non-slip base. Knives are hand wash recommended – not dishwasher safe. Carousel – wipe clean with a damp cloth. BPA free. Comes in a branded gift box.
