These light up acrylic plastic party cups have a 16 oz. capacity and glows when the LED lights in the base are turned on. To activate, remove the pull tab and press button on bottom to cycle through 3 light functions: flash, blink, and steady light. BPA free. Gently hand wash ONLY & keep moisture away from the base to avoid contact with batteries.
