Order online. The steps shown in each product walk you right through the customization process. Your order will then be processed by one of our inside sales reps. We make sure we get your final approval on an order acknowledgment and art proof before we go to print.

Order by phone. Call us at 800.431.3473 and one of inside sales reps will be happy to take your order and walk you through the process. Our reps are available Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 7:30 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 6:15 pm.

Order by fax. You can fax your order directly to 800.528.4366. This is an excellent way to order if you need to submit formal purchase orders, or you can use one of the forms provided in our catalog.

IMPORTANT: Please do not submit any original orders via mail.  All orders should be placed with a representative before mailing a hard copy.

After Ordering

First, your order goes straight to your personal inside sales representative for review and troubleshooting. If there are questions, you will be contacted right away.

Next, we fax you an order acknowledgment with any adjustment to charges or specifications, for your signature. This happens within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Finally, we fax or email you a final art proof for your approval. If you have any changes, we’ll make them promptly and send another proof for your approval. Your order will not go into production until you are completely satisfied with the artwork.
